Developed by Dennis Schrantz, What Works to Reduce Crime & Recidivism? Seven Lessons Learned In Michigan summarizes the most important lessons ;earned on the pathway to success. The document aims to help federal, state and local justice agencies achieve similar outcomes in improved public safety and reduced costs.
